4th of September Many thoughts going though my mind; and I want to find out who I am? I do not know but feeling infuriated about how people view me and themselves. The first question that had baffled me was what is a man? To some people man have to obey millions of rules, they have to be sporty and have to fight and speak rough. True? Man’s daily topics have to revolve around woman and sex? Is that true? Is that answer to be a man? Is this a norm? What is a man? Is he someone who is strong and tall, or is taut and talented as he plays ball? Is he someone who is hardened and rough, who smokes and drinks and swears enough? Is he someone who chases women hard, with a quest to conquer, but never dropping his guard? Who gets ahead of the others with his nose to the grind? Not really caring about any of the rest? Why people still have this native thinking that men have to be like that? Can’t man have their dreams their passion and the set of value they wish to hold on to. True I hate people who say I am not man because I do not following all the norms they are trying to hard to fulfil. Are they obsesses and not knowing who they are and what they really want. Perhaps, I have no answer to it. Maybe the “man” just loves to drink and smoke and harm their body to prove themselves. I do not know, perhaps I value the master of my life is not other but myself. Perhaps, I had always hated liquor because I had seemed family broken because of that thing. Perhaps I hated cigarettes because I seem many people are dying due to it. They the problem is why are the so call, ‘man’ is doing to much harm? Next why should man always talk about woman and sex? Yes, I have feeling toward girl but why I cannot value everlasting relationship and a family life? Can’t man be responsible about love and the life partner? So does having tons of relationship prove anything? Talking about woman and sex really shows you are a man? Love is not about obtaining and gaining the physical part of a person. Love is about understanding one needs, feeling, and emotions. Love is not a topic that you can say out loud when you just first saw the person. Maybe I am just who I am…………….. My value is important to me You cannot ask a lion to eat grass Similarly You cannot ask a deer to eat meat I am man, but a 20th century new man |
